Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during:

  • sales events
  • product launches
  • periods of high order volume

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Estimated shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking updates after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Rohoman’s Wardrobe LLC is not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • delays caused by inaccurate customer information
  • failed delivery attempts due to customer error

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rohoman’s Wardrobe LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries confirmed by the carrier as delivered.

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

We will reasonably assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of packaging
  • photos of damaged items
  • a brief description of the issue

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • brokerage fees
  • country-specific import regulations

Rohoman’s Wardrobe LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations, addresses, or regions at our discretion.
