Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and limited inventory reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked non-returnable at checkout
Return Request Process

Return Shipping Responsibility

- An item damaged during transit
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rohoman’s Wardrobe is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may provide order records, tracking confirmation, delivery verification, customer communication records, and associated transaction data to payment processors or financial institutions when necessary.
Limitation of Liability
